Annalisa Ferraris is a culinary artist working at the intersection of visual art and food. A National Art School honours graduate and Central Saint Martins London alumna, she brings a refined artistic lens to culinary practice, shaped by years in hospitality, experience as a sous chef, and an ongoing multidisciplinary approach.

Her work spans immersive dining, spatial styling, and experiential events, with collaborators including Harris Tapper, Creed Perfume, Trudon, Perrier-Jouët, Australian Fashion Week, Macgraw, and Lola Varma.

Annalisa also writes a regular column for ELLE Magazine titled Dear Annalisa, which offers thoughtful perspectives on hosting, entertaining, and aesthetics. Based in Sydney, she creates immersive experiences where art, and food converge.

Her Paddington terrace, Casa Ferraris, is available for showings, events, shoots, and intimate gatherings—an adaptable, character-filled space on iconic Glenmore Road.
